Peter Burke is a 1988 graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia who holds B.A. degrees in economics and history. While at Washington and Lee, Peter was a member of Phi Eta Sigma and Phi Beta Kappa. In 1991, he graduated from Yale Law School where he was a member the Yale Law Journal. Peter has practiced law his entire career in Birmingham, Alabama but is licensed, also, in the states of New York, Texas, and Tennessee. His practice focuses on nursing home abuse and neglect cases, personal injury cases, and consumer class actions.
Todd Harvey is a 1990 graduate of Samford University in Birmingham and holds B.A. degrees in International Business and International Relations. After graduation, Todd attended Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and graduated in 1994. He, also, has practiced his entire career in Alabama. He is licensed to practice law in Georgia and maintains active practices in both states. Todd focuses on nursing home abuse and neglect cases, personal injury cases, defective medical device cases, and pharmaceutical products cases.
Richard Frankowski is a 1993 graduate of Georgetown University who earned a B.A. in political science. In 1997 he received his Master’s degree from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service, and then he attended the University of Alabama School of Law and the University of Alabama Graduate school of Business and graduated in 2000 with a J.D. and an M.B.A. Richard is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Florida and is a member of the Public Investors Arbitration Bar Association. He focuses his practice on stockbroker fraud, consumer class actions, personal injury cases, and wage/overtime cases.
